I have three degrees: B.A. in English and teaching (Calvin University), M.A. in English (Western Michigan University), and Master of Divinity (Calvin Theological Seminary). I was christened a Methodist, grew up in a community church, became a Christian in a Baptist church, and joined the Christian Reformed Church during college.
